DELIVERY

Please note all orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. 

All lashline lashes will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class, please allow 3-4 working days for your lashes to arrive. If you require your lashes to be sent via tracked services, please send us a direct message on Instagram @lashlinelondon or email us at: thelittleredcompanyofficial@gmail.com and we will notify you once we have dispatched them.

RETURNS

We will be happy to accept your return for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the full order. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. Lashes must be returned in the original packaging and condition as it was delivered. We are unable to accept a refund if we feel the product has been tampered with due to hygiene purposes. We will be unable to cover return postage costs in this scenario.
